Dear Parents/Guardians,
The staff of the Shelter
Rock Academy welcomes and invites you to join us for our “Back to School Night”
on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at 6:00 p.m.
During this time you will have the opportunity to learn more about the
Academy and meet your son’s/daughter’s teachers.
The schedule for Back to
School Night will be:
6:00 – 6:15 Teacher and
Staff Introductions (Upstairs in room 107)
6:15 – 6:40 Exploration Time
Please feel free to meander
around and explore our new “home”
This is a great time for you
to visit our classrooms and mingle with teachers, parents and staff.
Please reserve child
specific questions for a more appropriate time.
Teachers will have contact information on hand. We encourage parental contact at all levels.
At 6:45, downstairs in the
Café, we will present an overview of our program and answer any questions you
may have.
For parents whose children
attend classes at the High School, a shuttle bus will be available to take you
to and from the Shelter Rock Academy and the High School.

The High School Back to
School Night program starts with period one at 7:00.
